How to submit a ticket from the merchant panel

In this tutorial, we will learn how to submit a ticket from the merchant panel. Submitting a ticket from the DoComemerce website is very simple. Anyone can submit a ticket from the DoCommerce merchant panel within 5 minutes. Simply go through our article or video tutorial. 

First, log in to the DoCommerce merchant panel from any browser.

Type merchant.docommerce.com 

Then log in with your merchant email and password.

Then click login 

Then click tickets from the dashboard.

Then click the open ticket 

Then a pop window will appear 

Then type the subject of your ticket. 

Then write details of your issue in this box.

If you have any attachments regarding your ticket, click on Choose file and select your attachment from the devices.

Then click submit a ticket.
