Notification of Copyright Infringement

Please let our Copyright Agent know if you feel that your work was copied in a manner that violates your intellectual property rights.

  1. A physical or electronic signature from the authorized person to act for the owner of the copyright, or other intellectual property interest.
  2. A description of the copied work or other intellectual property you claim has been violated.
  3. The web site should include a description of the location where you claim the material is infringing. We may need more detail to locate it.
  4. Your email address, phone number and address.
  5. You declare that you are certain that the disputed use of the copyrighted or intellectual property owner, its agent or the law has not been authorized.
  6. Under penalty of perjury, you declare that the information in your notice was accurate and that, if necessary, you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter Notification

If you feel your copyrighted material was removed from our website or service due to a mistake, misidentification, or omission, you can submit a written counter notification to our Agent for Notice under 17 U.S.C. SS 512 (g)(2) and (3). Your Counter Notification must contain substantially the following in order to be effective:

  1. Identification of the material to be removed or disabled, and where it appeared before it was taken or disabled.
  2. A declaration that you consent to the Federal District Court where your address is located or, if your address outside the United States of America, any other judicial district in the country in which the service provider for this web site might be found.
  3. A statement that you will accept service from the party who filed the Notification Of Alleged Copyright Infringement, or its agent.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number.
  5. Under penalty of perjury, a statement that you believe the material in question was disabled or removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will return removed or disabled material if you send us a valid, signed Counter Notification that meets the above requirements. However, your material will not be restored until our designated Agent for Notice receives notice from the party who filed the original Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement. This notice informs us that the court has taken steps to stop you from engaging in any infringing activities related to the material.

You may be held liable for damages if you falsely state that disabled content or removed content was deleted by mistake, misidentification or error. False forms may be considered perjury.
